Sharon Odell

Sharon Odell of Kemp, TX went to meet her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on June 12, 2021 at the age of 64. Sharon is survived by her husband Robert Odell of Kemp of 45 precious years.  Sharon is also survived by her daughters Brandy and husband Loyce and Amanda Odell and sister Ann Frankum.  Grandchildren include Tasha, Elijah, Olivia, Veronica, Kyra, Keira, Keith, Tony and Angelica.  She is also blessed with 3 great grandchildren Lovie, RoRo and Princeton. Sharon had several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.  Sharon is preceded in death by her parents John and Ruth McBride, son Bryan Martinez and her great grandbaby Peanut.  Sharon was born on February 17, 1957 to parents John and Ruth McBride in Ferris, TX.  Sharon was a devoted wife who loved Robert with all her heart and a loving Mother who had unconditional love for her children.  She was a stay at home Mom who loved to clean.  A big part of her life was her little dog Lexie.  Sharon was a spiritual person and loved Jesus with all her heart.  She gave her life to Christ at at age 9 at First Baptist Church Wilmer, TX.  Her goal was for her family to love Jesus as much as she did and that all would come to accept Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour.  Sharon will be missed dearly by her family and friends and all that knew and loved her.  She is now face to face with Jesus and holding Peanut in her arms.  Jesus will comfort us in the days ahead and we will feel his arms wrapped around us.  Dark days will come but His light will shine and we will be with her soon.
