Dolores Elaine Black

Dolores Elaine Hodges Black, 79, of Kaufman, TX passed away in Plano Texas Health on November 29, 2021 after a battle with cancer. Dolores, known as D by her loved ones, was born in Paris on October 20, 1942. D was preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hodges, children: Barby, Greg and Laura Black; 2 brothers Richard and Roy Hodges: and sister Mary Beth Gilliam. Survivors are Darwin E. Deboard husband and teh love of her life, grandson Bobby Bond, granddaughter Tara Black, brothers: Charles, Roland, Reggie, Stanley, Johnny and Randy; sisters: Margaret Williams, Brenda White, Debra Hodges, Tawana Perry and Cathy Hodges. D loved to dance and was a great bartender, with a great attitude and a big heart. D will always remain in our hearts with beautiful memories.
