Regina Anne Bailey

Regina Anne Bailey, 65, of Kaufman, TX, passed away on August 4, 2026.

Regina was born on May 28, 1961, to Reggie “Ray” and Frances Conine in Dallas, TX. She was raised in Kaufman, TX, and married Kenneth Bailey on March 26, 1977. They spent a loving 49 years together.

Regina worked as an office administrator for several years in the commercial sign industry. She was one of the most loving, caring, and generous ladies you could ever know. She had a big heart and never stopped thinking about the people she loved most. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

She found joy in the little things and the special moments: cruises, concerts, scrapbooking, photography, and especially giving her husband ideas for projects he needed to build. But above all, her happiest and most precious times were spent with her family. After spending so many years sacrificially taking care of her husband and children, she seemed to enjoy a few years of letting her family take care of and spoil her, as she truly deserved.

Her parents, Reggie “Ray” and Frances Conine, preceded her in death.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Kenneth; sons, Kevin Bailey and wife, Brandi, and Adam Bailey; grandchildren, Ethen Bailey, Micah Bailey and Bryson Bailey; brothers, Charles Conine and Jerry Conine; and numerous extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
