Rebekah Lynn Gosnell

Rebekah Lynn Gosnell, 69, of Mesquite, TX went to be with the Lord on April 25, 2026. Rebekah was born on April 30, 1956, to Bill and Lu Ann Darnell in Dallas, TX. She grew up in scurry before moving to Dallas to go to El Centro College and earning her hair stylist license. Rebekah worked as a hair stylist for 6 years; she also worked for Walmart for almost 20 years before she retired in 2024. On February 14, 2009, she married Harold Gosnell and they spent a loving 17 years together. Rebekah loved her many trips to the beach in South Padre or Galveston and taking cruises with Harold. She spent time playing golf, and decorating cakes, but her most precious time was with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister. Her parents, Bill and Lu Ann, preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory are husband Harold, daughters: Shelia Ferna and fiancé Harry, and Chelsa Fowler and husband Travis; grandchildren: Tyler Yvon and wife Ashleigh and Seth Gillespie: great grandchildren: Rylie Yvon and Matthew Yvon; sisters: Kathy Garza and husband Lorenzo, and Debby Moore; step-sons: Bradley Gosnell and Adam Gosnell; mother-in-law, Phyllis Barbara Gosnell; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
