Pedro Segura, Jr. (Pete)

Pedro Segura, Jr., 61, passed away on February 22, 2021.  Pedro was born on May 14, 1959 to Pedro, Sr. and Eulala Segura in Rankin, TX.  Born in Rankin, Pedro was raised in Kaufman and graduated from Kaufman High School in 1979.  Pedro married Rosa Segura in 1983 in Pasadena, TX. He worked for the City of Pasadena before becoming a farmer for the last 20 years.  He coached in the Kaufman Youth Football league.  Pedro loved his grandkids and would spend as much time as he could with them.  His parents, son Pedro Esteban Segura and brother Steven Segura preceded him in death.  Those left to cherish his memory are wife Rosa of Kaufman, TX; daughters: Vanessa Rodriguez and husband Raymond of Kaufman, TX, Stephanie Nalls and husband Michael of Kaufman, TX, Alicia Sosa and husband Vicente of Ft. Worth, TX and Sara DeLa Garza and husband Sergio of Terrell, TX; brothers: Jessie Segura and wife Christy of Palestine, TX, Raymond Segura of Kaufman, TX, Danny Segura and wife Sherrie of Kaufman, TX, Ricky Segura and wife Danielle of Waverly, OH, Harry Segura of Kaufman, TX, Brandon Villalpando of Kaufman, TX; sister Dolly Dority and husband Tom of Kaufman, TX; 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, numerous extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
