Megan Michelle LesLee Eckenrode

Megan Michelle LesLee Eckenrode , 34, was born on February 14. 1992, in Ft. Worth, TX. Megan unexpectedly passed from a tragic vehicle accident on September 16, 2026. Her loss came far too soon and has left a space that will be deeply felt by everyone that knew and loved her.

Megan is the daughter of Wayne Eckenrode and wife Lisa Eckenrode, and Mother Christine Eckenrode, sister of Joshua (brother), Christopher (brother) and wife Brittiny and their 4 children, Jimmy (brother), Dalton (stepbrother), and Dylan (stepbrother).

Megan was funny, if you needed a good laugh you could just have a 2 minute conversation with her and no doubt you would be laughing. Her laugh, or as we liked to call it, her cackle was infectious. She had a witty personality, always making funny faces and cracking jokes. She was social, she could walk into a room and you could guarantee she was leaving with at least one new friend. She had a huge heart, stubborn streak, and was fiercly loyal, if you had the privilege of knowing Megan, you also had the privilege of being loved by her.

She loved to play golf and was very good at it, even going to state in high school. Being outside was her happy place. She loved doing landscaping and was always so proud of her work. She was very artistic, when bored she would doodle but it would turn into a great drawing.

Megan is survived by her Father, Wayne Eckenrode and his wife Lisa; her Mother, Christine Eckenrode; brothers, Joshua, Christopher and wife Brittiny, stepbrothers, Dalton and Dylan, Little step sister Kynzie. Nieces and nephews Brailee, Dakota, Madison, Paxton, Cohen, Gavin, Lenyx, Rowan, Georgia and numerous other family member and friends. Also by her greatest pride, her dog George.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Jerry Eckenrode; Maternal grandparents, James and Lorraine Marchesi; and brother Jimmy Eckenrode.

Megan will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
