Marilyn Frances Brown, 71, of Kaufman, TX passed away on June 9, 2022, in her home. Marilyn was born on December 8, 1950, to G.W. Culley and Mary Ellene Nelms in Dallas, TX. Marilyn grew up in Dallas, graduating from H. Grady Spruce High School in Dallas, TX in 1969. In her early years, Marilyn enjoyed modeling, fashion, dancing, art, and socializing with her friends.  Marilyn enjoyed photography, cooking for her family, gardening, feeding her birds, playing video games, and watching funny movies. Her most precious time was spent with her family, specifically her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Marilyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband Terry Ancil Brown, her son Jeffery Scott Brown, her parents: G.W. and Mary Ellene Culley, her brothers: Robert William Culley, James Eugene Culley, and George Ronald Culley.  Those left to cherish her memory are her sister: Nelda Clark and husband Bill Clark, her children: Troy McCraw and wife Elvia McCraw, Cynthia Whitten-Pratt and husband Grady Pratt, and Paul McCraw and partner Jodie Sampson, her grandchildren: Brittany, Andria, Amy, Heather, JL, Shelby, Chase, Casey, Zachary, and Angelina, and her 6 great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
