Lynda Laree Eavenson

Lynda Laree Eavenson, 94, of Kaufman, TX went to be with the Lord on November 12, 2023. Lynda was born on September 29, 1929, to Charles and Daisy Chausse in Wortham, TX. Lynda has lived in Kaufman for 45 years. She owned the Bargain Land USA in Kaufman for 30 years. Lynda married Sam Eavenson on September 10, 1949, and they were together for a loving  49 years. She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Kaufman for 30 years. Lynda enjoyed traveling and reading in her spare time. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister. Her parents, Charles and Daisy, husband Sam, sister Joyce Simms and grandchild Jay Eavenson preceded her in death.

 Those left to cherish her memory are children: Mike Eavenson of Pheonix, AZ, Becky Eavenson Bird and husband Larry of Smithville, OK, Tracy Haliburton of Kaufman and Mary Eavenson of Dallas, TX; grandchildren: Robby Haliburton and wife Sara, Chris Bird and wife Olivia, Justin Eavenson, Tina Chacon and Victor Eavenson; 5 great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
