Lorena Gutierrez

Lorena Gutiérrez, de 66 años y residente de Kaufman, falleció en Dallas, Texas, el 15 de octubre de 2026. Nació en México, pero pasó la mayor parte de su vida en Texas. Conoció a Marco A. Gutiérrez en El Paso, Texas, con quien contrajo matrimonio y compartió muchos años llenos de amor.

Lorena se dedicó al hogar; empleaba su tiempo en cuidar a los demás, hacer amistades, alegrar a quienes la rodeaban y animar a los demás con su actitud alegre.

A Lorena le encantaba reír y bromear con los demás. Disfrutaba cantar, bailar, ir de compras y viajar. Solía resolver crucigramas para mantener su mente ágil y le gustaba trabajar en el jardín, disfrutando de la naturaleza.

A Lorena le sobreviven su esposo, Marco A. Gutiérrez; su hija, Susy Gutiérrez Castillo; su hijo, Marco P. Gutiérrez, y su esposa, Tania Gutiérrez; sus nietos, Priscilla Castillo, Adimir Castillo y Loren Briones; sus hermanos, Antonio De Luna Arellano, Felipe De Luna Arellano, Luis Carlos De Luna Arellano, Juan De Luna Arellano y Francisco De Luna Arellano; sus hermanas, María Refugio De Luna Arellano y Cecilia De Luna Arellano, junto con sus respectivos cónyuges, además de numerosos sobrinos, familiares y amigos.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Antonio De Luna y María del Refugio De Luna; sus hermanos, Preciliano De Luna Arellano, Jesús De Luna Arellano y Gerardo De Luna Arellano; y sus hermanas, Guadalupe De Luna Arellano y Margarita De Luna Arellano.

Lorena fue una esposa y madre maravillosa; contaba con muchos amigos y familiares que la querían profundamente y que la extrañarán muchísimo.

Lorena Gutierrez, 66 of Kaufman, passed away in Dallas, Tx on October 15, 2026. She was born in Mexico, but spent most of her life living in Texas. She met and married Marco A Gutierrez in El Paso Texas and they spent many loving years together.

Lorena was a homemaker, spending her time caring for others, making many friends, keeping everyone laughing and encouraging others with her happy attitude.

Lorena loved to laugh and joke with others. She loved singing and dancing, shopping, and traveling. She would do crossword puzzles to keep her mind sharp. She would work in the garden enjoying nature.

Lorena is survived by her husband Marco A Gutierrez, her daughter Susy Gutierrez Castillo, her son Marco P. Gutierrez and his wife Tania Gutierrez; grandchildren Priscilla Castillo, Adimir Castillo, and Loren Briones; brothers Antonio De Luna Arellano, Felipe De Luna Arellano, Luis Carlos De Luna Arellano, Juan De Luna Arellano, Francisco De Luna Arellano; sisters Maria Refugio De Luna Arellano, Cecilia De Luna Arellano and their spouses, along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Antonio De Luna and Maria Del Refugio De Luna, her brothers Preciliano De Luna Arellano Jesús and Gerardo De Luna Arellano, and sisters Guadalupe De Luna Arellano and Margarita De Luna Arellano.

Lorena was a wonderful wife and mother who had many loving friends and family who will miss her dearly.
