Lewis Ray Crocker (Butch), 71, of Ola, Texas passed away on Friday morning, January 28, 2022 at his home. He was born March 11, 1950 in Dallas, TX to Thomas and Ruby Crocker. Some of his family and friends called him “The Mayor of Ola” from his own joking way. He loved to buy and sell anything that wasn’t tied down. He loved to watch football of any kind. He never met a stranger, if you didn’t know him you would soon. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Crocker, who has been married to him for 39 years, of Ola, TX; children: Stacey Holubec and husband Jerry (Jay) of Hokes Bluff, AL and Jason Crocker of Anniston, AL; step-children: Wayne McMullen and wife Monica of Ola, TX and Preston McMullen of Kaufman, TX; 5 grandchildren: Taylor Bullard, Logan Bekkelund, Emilie Holubec, Joshua McMullen and Michelle Martin; 6 great grandchildren: Hudson Bullard, Ty Davis, Randall Martin, Fallyn Martin, Katelyn Vantreese and Gracie Vantreese . Lewis was preceded in death by his father and mother, sisters: Judy Evans and Jeanie Daugherty; brother Johnny Crocker; and son Keith Crocker.
