Kenneth Lambeth, affectionately known as "Fluf," was welcomed into his heavenly home on May 27, 2026.
Born on December 7, 1946, in Kaufman, Kenneth was the son of Marvin and Doris Lambeth. He graduated from Kaufman High School in 1965.
In 1970, Kenneth met and married the love of his life after a whirlwind six-week courtship. Together they built a beautiful life and would have celebrated 56 years of marriage this November. They welcomed two daughters, Nyko and Cindy, whom he loved dearly. In his later years, his greatest joy was spending time with his only grandchild, Tyler.
Kenneth retired after more than 27 years with the Mesquite Independent School District, where he served as a Refrigeration Supervisor. Throughout the years, he also found joy in working locally as a handyman for those in need and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Fishing was Kenneth's favorite hobby, but some of his happiest moments were spent on Saturday nights surrounded by family and friends enjoying a friendly game of dominoes. He was known for his silly "dad jokes," always having a song for any situation, and for the smile he constantly wore. Kenneth never met a stranger and had a way of making everyone feel welcome.
Above all, Kenneth's greatest strength was his unwavering faith and love for the Lord.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Doris Lambeth, and his daughter, Cindy Lambeth.
Kenneth is survived by his devoted wife, Rhonda Lambeth; daughter, Nyko Welch and fiancé, Allen Quigley; grandson, Tyler Welch and fiancée, Courtney DeBord; sister-in-law, Sherry Passmore; sister-in-law, Tina French and husband, Johnny French, sister in-law, Patricia Koehrig and husband, David; along with a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Pallbearers are Jack Palmer, Johnny Patterson, Tyler Welch, Jim Burk, Cody Manning, Jay Manning, Bill Manning and Josh Manning.
He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, faith, and unconditional love that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him
