Girand McKinney Morgan

Girand McKinney Morgan, 73, of Rand, TX passed away on November 4, 2019 in Dallas, TX. Girand was born on February 12, 1946 to Eugene and Emogine McKinney in Kaufman, TX. Girand was raised and lived in Kaufman most of her life. She made her way back to Rand after she married her husband Burt Morgan on January 12, 1965 and they spent a loving 54 years together. She loved her family unconditionally. As a young woman, she spent her time riding horses and taking care of her animals. Girand was an amazing, caring wife, mother and grandmother. Her parents and brother Gene Richard McKinney preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory are husband Burt; children: Gena Mannette Ruestman and husband Peter Thomas Ruestman of Conifer, CO, Alonzo Wesley Morgan of Kaufman, TX and Eugene Mac Morgan and wife Whitney Nicole of Kaufman, TX; brother John Herman McKinney and wife Jannell of Kaufman, TX; sister-in-law Cindy McKinney of Kaufman, TX and Mona Welch of Granbury, TX; grandchildren: Benjamin Cain Bishop, Bailey Brooke Stribley and husband Jon, Nicole Marie Howard, Ryan Gage Howard and McKenzie Alise Morgan; numerous extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
