The legacy of her compassion continues through her daughter-in-law, Maria de los Angeles Partida de Mendoza, and her cherished grandchildren: Desiree Dyani Valdez, Natasha Celeste Drake, Melody Noelani Drake, Sofia Victoria Harp, Donovan Dante Drake, Nikolas Duncan Drake, Josue Arbayo Mendoza, Damanis Arbayo Mendoza, Abraham Arbayo Mendoza, Jared Joseth Mendoza Partida, Andres Daniel Mendoza Partida, Genesis Victoria Mendoza, Destini Naomi Mendoza Ponze, Alana Mitzuri Mendoza Ponze, and Marcos Alexander Mendoza Ponze. Eustolia’s family reflects the love and joy she spread throughout her life, as they carry forward the values she instilled in them.

A graveside service will be held in her honor on June 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in Kaufman, Texas. Those who knew her are invited to come together to celebrate her beautiful life and the indelible mark she left on all of us.
