Eleazar Carrillo Martinez

Eleazar Carrillo Martinez, 76, of Kaufman, TX went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2023 in Dallas, TX.  Eleazar was born on March 22, 1946, to Manuel and Maria Carrillo in Palau Coahuila, Mexico. Eleazar married SanJuana Carrillo on February 8, 1969, and they have spent a loving 53 years together. He moved to Kaufman as a young man and worked for Trinity Industries as a welder for 20 years.  He then worked for Kaufman ISD in the maintenance department for 7 years before his health didn’t allow him to work anymore.  Eleazar enjoyed playing baseball and going to church at the Assembly of God Church.  His most precious time was with his grandkids.  He was a beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle.  His parents Manuel and Maria, sister Lilliana “Chata” Carrillo and grandchild Elijah Carrillo preceded him in death.  Those left to cherish his memory are wife SanJuana Carrillo, children; Jesse Carrillo and wife Gaby, Claudia Carrillo, Eleazar Carrillo, Jr. and wife Tanya and Emanuel Carrillo and wife Elisa; grandchildren: Aaron Carrillo, Jacquelina Carrillo, Aiden Carrillo, Alex Juanez and wife Arlene, Edith Juanez, Elena Grace Carrillo, Janessa Carrillo and Matthew Carrillo; 6 great grandchildren, siblings: Felix Carrillo and wife Carolina, Ramiro Carrillo and wife Magdalena, JuanManuel Carrillo, Jesse Carrillo and wife Nancy, Calitrxo Carrillo, Arturo Carrillo, Juanita Guerrero and husband Reyes and Guadalupe Carrillo; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss him dearly. 

Friends are invited to the Parker-Ashworth Funeral home for visitation on Thursday, February 2, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023, at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Kaufman Cemetery.
