Doris Clark

Doris Roderick Clark was born on February 28th 1936 in Howland Texas to Bill and Clara Roderick. She chose to go home to the Lord on March 19, 2026 at her home in Kaufman Texas.

She is survived by daughter Patty Turner, her husband Craig McCorkle, son Brad Turner, bonus children Lynn Tipton, David Price, his wife Shannon, Lori Henderson and daughter in law Jo Lynn Tipton. She was blessed with 13 grand children Callie, Racey, Kendall, Alyssa, Melissa, Mike, Greg, Megan, David, Wendy, Madonna, Colte, Connor and 26 great grandchildren Brinleigh, Bentley, Cohen, Brooks, TJ, Dylan, Ava, Angel, Wayne, Bryce, Damon, Julian, Evelyn, Roman, Harlyn, Whittney, Riley, Harper, Adelyn Colton, Reagan, Gunner, Phoebe, Enoch, Joni and Ari.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gene Clark and three bonus children Sandra Tipton, Ricky Tipton, Bobby Clark and daughter in law Peggy Turner.

Mom loved her family, garden and flowers. Mowing her three acre yard with her prized zero turn mower kept her young at heart and in life. She grew beautiful flowers and vegetables that she generously shared with family, friends and strangers. We will all miss the summer bounty of delicious vegetables and long talks with her on the porch.

Doris will be interred with her husband Gene at the Dallas Ft. Worth Veterans Cemetary. Plans for a celebration of her life are pending.
