Dennis Wayne Voss, 60, of Scurry, TX, passed away on June 15, 2021 in Dallas, TX.  Dennis was born on July 25, 1960 to Billy Don and Barbara Voss in Dallas.  Dennis graduated from Mesquite High School and then moved out to Scurry, in the Beautiful Acres area, for the last 40 years.  He was a career truck driving working for many different companies throughout his life.  Dennis married Linda Voss on October 6, 1979 in Scurry, TX, they have spent a loving 41 years together.  He loved to be around his family, playing horseshoes and having barbecue's.  He also enjoyed watching football, basketball and Nascar.  Dennis was an outgoing person, who never met a stranger and always joking around.  He was a beloved Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother.  His father and brother Robert Voss preceded him in death.  Those left to cherish his memory are wife Linda, mother Barbara, daughter Sharon Rice and husband Daniel, grandchildren Trent Barnes and Alexis Barnes, brother Larry Voss, numerous extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
