Born on August 4, 1956, in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas, Debbie's journey was one woven with warmth, humor, and a profound creativity that colored the lives of her family and friends.

In her professional life, Debbie thrived as an account representative for many years, displaying an unwavering dedication that mirrored her caring nature. Those who interacted with her experienced not only her commitment to her work but also her genuine, welcoming spirit—one that seemed to always put others at ease. Debbie's vibrant personality will forever be held close by those who remain. She leaves behind her loving son, William Frank Graves (Staci), her devoted sisters—Catherine Stanley (Jim), Debbie Ann Sylva (Cesar), Margaret Childers (Bobby), and Betty Jones—as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Debbie’s dear Fur-Baby, Sam-Sam, who kept her company through life's many turns. Her parents, William and Joanne Pate, and her brother, Gene Pate, have welcomed her into eternity, where laughter, care, and love abound.

A graveside service will be held on July 3, 2025, 10:00 am, at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in Kaufman, Texas, where family and friends will gather to celebrate a life that was touched by grace and transformative love.
