Calvin Gene Baker

Calvin Gene Baker, 82 of Gun Barrel, passed away in Kaufman, Texas on August 21, 2019. Calvin was born in Frost, Texas on January 15, 1937 to Milton and Troy Baker. He married Betty in June of 1972. He was a heavy equipment operator working in the sand and gravel business.  Calvin is survived by a loving family. Sons: Gene Baker and wife Shelley of Crandall, Dustin Baker of Dallas, Daughters: Misty Birdwell and husband Robbie of Combine, Step Daughters, Debbie Jenkins, Donna Langford, Sister: Faye Griffith and husband Charles of Oklahoma. He was a Grandfather and Great-Grandfather to many. And had several nieces and nephews and many other relatives. Calvin is preceded in death by his wife Betty Baker who passed in 1987 and son Mark Baker and 11 siblings.
