Bruce Alan Fielder, Sr.

Bruce Alan Fielder, Sr., 72, of Kaufman, TX passed away on November 30, 2022, in Dallas.  Bruce was born on February 19, 1950, to Thomas Fielder and Mary Jo Sherrod in Celina, TX.  He grew up in North Texas and joined the Marines at a young age.  Bruce enjoyed his time as a marine and was proud of his service.  After his time there, he worked several jobs in construction and welding.  Bruce loved to read; he started with old westerns, but as he got older, he broadened his horizons.  He would always have a book in his back pocket that he could pull out anytime and begin reading.  Bruce was a beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle.  His parents and brother Stevie preceded him in death.  Those left to cherish his memory are daughter Michelle Dean and husband Derrick, son Bruce Alan Fielder, Jr. and wife Meredith, grandchildren: Ethan Dean, Kyrsten Fielder and Jake Fielder; siblings: Stephanie, Brenda, Kathy, Elaine, Gary and Shirley; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
