Brenda Sue Roberts, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025, in Kemp, Texas, at the age of 78. Born on March 27, 1947, in Terrell Texas, she was a cherished member of her community and a proud graduate of Crandall High School.
Brenda dedicated a significant portion of her career to Sears, from which she eventually retired, leaving behind not just colleagues, but cherished friends.
In her leisurely hours, Brenda found joy in various hobbies, including crafting and shopping. She had a special passion for cruising, where she created unforgettable memories, traveling to beautiful destinations. One of her greatest joys was her cherished Yorkshire Terrier, Paisley Rose, who brought her endless love and companionship.
Brenda is survived by her loving husband, Tommy, and her children: daughter Stefanie Evans and her husband Marty, and son Tyson Roberts. She leaves behind her grandchildren, who adored her: Lexi Aljamal and her husband Amir, Tori Roberts, Skylar Roberts, and Addison Roberts. Furthermore, she is survived by her great-grandchildren: Jayden Gray, Dalton Evans, Gunner Evans, and Gatlynn Evans, and siblings Joyce Batey and Patty Barringer; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends each of whom held a special place in her heart. Together, they celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who impacted many lives through her kindness and love.
Preceding her in death are her parents Russell and Willie Mae, and brothers Jerry Pat Wilson and Russell Wade Wilson.
Visitation for Brenda Sue Roberts will be held on November 14, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Parker - Ashworth Funeral Home in Kaufman, Texas. Following the visitation, a graveside service will commence at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Scurry, Texas, at 3:30 PM, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory.
Brenda's legacy of love, warmth, and creativity will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
