Elolia Norma Felicich

ELOLIA N. FELICICH Elolia N. Felicich was born in Oakland, California on August 28, 1910 to Frank and Julia Gonsalves Souza. Elolia passed away in a Kaufman hospital on November 4, 2008. She was raised in Hayward, California where she lived most of her life. Elolia worked for the Brotherhood of Teamsters Local #70 and retired in 1968. She moved to Kaufman in 1994 to be with her daughter and son-in-law. Elolia was a member of the St. Ann's Catholic Church in Kaufman. Elolia married Vincent Felicich in 1975 and he preceded her in death in 1993. Elolia was also preceded in death by a grandson Mark Tapia. She is survived by her son: Kenneth L. Tapia and his wife Kathy of Battleground, Washington, daughter: Nadine J. Miller of Kaufman, granddaughter: Lisa DeCasas of Sparks, Nevada and many other relatives and friends.
