Billy Ray McKinney

Billy Ray McKinney was born September 20, 1945 to Milton and Trillia Taylor McKinney. Billy passed away at his home in the Rand Community on October 14, 2008. Billy was raised in Kaufman and graduated from Kaufman High School. He received his Bachelor's Degree from East Texas University in Business. Billy worked for the North Dallas Appraisal District and retired in 2007. He was a member of the Becker First United Methodist Church. His wife Loraine Janicek preceded Billy in death on March 25, 2005. Billy is survived by his sons: Jason McKinney of Rowlett and Shannon McKinney of Kaufman, daughters: Tina Faye McKinney of Kaufman and Cara Louise Westbrook of Wylie, brother: Gary McKinney of Kaufman, sister: Linda Thomas of Kaufman, grandchildren: Brittany McKinney, Nathan Lane McKinney, Theya Flitton, Spencer Moore and Taryn Moore and many other relatives and friends.
