Melba was born in Combine, Texas on June 6, 1932 she passed away in a Sunnyvale, Texas hospital on February 10, 2012. Melba is preceded in death by her parents G. E. Nelson and Ruth Houston and son Timothy Nelson Dockery. She is survived by friends: Robin Ballantine of Combine, Leroy Badgely of Combine and Cheryl Sinor of Seagoville, as well as many cousins and other firends.
