Emmie Elizabeth Odell

EMMIE ELIZABETH ODELL Emmie Elizabeth Odell was born in Mansfield, Louisiana on February 15, 2008 to John and Leola Nelson Smith. Emmie passed away in Kaufman on October 8, 2008. Emmie lived in Roswell, New Mexico for many years and later moved to Muleshoe and Roscoe, Texas. Before moving to Kaufman Emmie lived in Washington state and Terrell. She was a practical nurse for many years working in several hospitals and nursing homes. Emmie married Paul Ard Odell in 1941 in Roswell, New Mexico. She is survived by her husband Paul of Kaufman, daughters: Mary R. Odell of Seven Points and Pauline Odell of Kaufman, sister: Bertie Harvey of Terrell, grandchildren: Larry Jay Glispy, Wendell Harris McMullen, Devona Kim McMullen and Delinda Kay McMullen, eighteen grandchildren and six great great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
