Delbert Lee Curbo

DELBERT LEE CURBO Delbert Lee Curbo was born in Hill County, Texas on September 1, 1934 to Luther and Samantha Blocker Curbo. Delbert passed away in Kaufman, Texas on August 2, 2008. Delbert was raised in Hill County and moved to Kaufman in 1985. Delbert worked for Central Freight Lines in Dallas for forty years and a bus driver for the Kaufman Schools for nine years. Delbert was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Kaufman. On March 3, 1956 Delbert married Betty LaMoyne Fisher in Meade, Kansas. Delbert is survived by his wife: Betty of Kaufman, son: Delbert Duane Curbo and his wife Kathryn of Kaufman, daughter: Tonia Fontaine and her husband Allen of Kaufman, sisters: Evelyn Williams and Faye Lewis both of Hillsboro, Texas, grandchildren: Travis Curbo, Aaron Curbo, Jessica Curbo, Trevor Curbo, Jon Fontaine and Coby Pate, great-grandchildren: Kayla, Libby, Gracie and Lily and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the First United Methodist Church of Kaufman. Interment will be in Meade, Kansas at a later date.
