JACKIE DALE PATE Jackie Dale Pate was born in the Red Oak Community in Kaufman County on January 9, 1937 to William Marshall Pate and Lola Newell Stanley. Jackie passed away at a Kaufman hospital on December 7, 2013. Jackie was raised in the Red Oak Community and graduated from Kaufman High School in 1955. He married Betty Jo Crow in Terrell on March 8, 1958 and in 1965 they moved to Mesquite. Jackie worked for Red Ball, Transcon and ABF freight companies. He moved back to the Red Oak Community when he retired in 1998. Jackie was a member of the Teamsters Local 745 and the Grace Baptist Church in Garland. Jackie was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson Jeremy Dale Deluca. He is survived by his wife: Betty of Kaufman, daughters: Rhonda Deluca and her husband Jackie of Kaufman and Brenda Honeycutt and her husband Gary Sr. of Edgewood, brothers: William Marshall Pate Jr. and Donald Pate both of Kaufman and Coy Taylor sisters: Donna Burge of Kaufman and Gladys Langford, grandchildren: Angela Constantine, James Dale Honeycutt, Chanessa Wilson, Adam Deluca and Aaron Deluca, great-grandchildren: Tyler, Mia, Tatum, Nikoli and Faithlynn and other relatives.
