Minnie Pearl Johnson

MINNIE PEARL JOHNSON Minnie Pearl Johnson was born in Tulia, Texas on February 8, 1934 to Nathaniel Dewey and Bessie May Shillings Farmer. Minnie passed away in a Kaufman, Texas hospital on February 15, 2014. Minnie was raised in Crossroads, Texas and later lived in Athens, then moved to west Texas for a while before moving to Crandall, Kemp, Fort Worth and Myrtle Springs. She married Riley Jack Johnson in 1950 in Athens, Texas. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband Riley in 2012 and a son Tony in 2012. Minnie is survived by her sons: Bobby Johnson and his wife Beth of Crawford, Texas and Ronnie Johnson and his wife Kime of Kemp, Texas, brothers: Bobby Farmer of Tyler and Dewey Wayne Farmer of Livingston, Texas, sisters: Nelda Smith of Tyler and Delores Farmer of Canton, grandchildren: Ashley, Cody, Kimberley, Felicia and Brooke, six great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
