Billy Wayne Evans

BILLY WAYNE EVANS Billy Wayne Evans was born in Kaufman, Texas on November 13, 1943 to B. Allen Evans and Margaret Rebecca Howell. Billy passed away in a Kaufman care center on February 25, 2014. Billy was raised in Kaufman and he later moved to Odessa, Louisiana and then to Quinlan. Billy moved back to Kaufman in 1979. He had worked for LTV for three years and Otis Engineering for three years. Billy was a member of the Kaufman Church of Christ and the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Kaufman. Billy loved raising roosters, collecting coins, guns and knives. A son Tommy preceded him in death on April 18, 2003. Billy is survived by his daughter: Tammy Evans Carney of Wills Point, brothers: Don Evans of Grays Prairie, Mike Evans of Chandler and Jerry Evans of Kaufman, sisters: Sandra Goodwill of Chandler and Kathy Pietzsch of Kaufman, grandchild: Zachery Evans of Oklahoma and many other relatives and friends.
