Ruth Helen Newman

RUTH HELEN NEWMAN Ruth Helen Newman was born in Dallas, Texas on March 26, 1930 to Lee Roy Olson and Annie Lillian Aston. Ruth passed away in a Kaufman, Texas hospital on July 26, 2014. Ruth was raised in Dallas where she lived before moving to Scurry, Texas in 1971. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Kaufman. On October 18, 1947 Ruth married William Alford Newman in Dallas, Texas. William preceded Ruth in death on March 23, 2012. Ruth is survived by her son: Ronald Alfred Newman of Cypress, Texas, sister: Dorothy Byers of Trinidad, Texas, grandchildren: Jeremy Alford Newman, Jessica Anne Newman, Miranda Kate Newman, Hannah Esther Newman and Kara Michaelle Newman, great-grandchildren: John Andrew Coleman, Naima Rasha Saffi, Scott Christopher Thebeau, Ella Mae Coleman, Jahandra Malee Thebeau and Ethan Michael Ansley and many other relatives and friends. In Lieu of flowers family has requested memorials be to the First Assembly of God Church of Kaufman.
