Tommy Eugene LaCour

TOMMY EUGENE LaCOUR Tommy Eugene LaCour was born in Dallas, Texas on March 13, 1966 to Sammy and Hazel Thomisee LaCour. Tommy passed away at his home in Scurry on July 14, 2015. Tommy was raised in Scurry and attended Scurry-Rosser Schools. He worked for the City of Dallas as a welder in the Parks and Recreation Department for seventeen years, before retiring in 2014. Tommy was a Captain in the Scurry Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the Abner Baptist Church. He loved anything outdoors like hunting and fishing. On June 18, 1988 Tommy married Peggy Lea Bednar in Dallas, Texas. Tommy is survived by his wife: Peggy of Scurry, son: Clint LaCour of Scurry, daughter: Wendy LaCour of Scurry, parents: Sammy and Hazel LaCour of Scurry, sister: Sabrina LaCour of Scurry and many other relatives and a host of friends.
