Ruby Ann Janicek

RUBY ANN JANICEK Ruby Ann Janicek was born in Telico, Texas on March 4, 1930 to Frank Trojacek and Antonie Honza Trojacek. Ruby passed away at her home in the Lone Star Community on July 17, 2015. She was raised in Ennis, Texas and graduated from Ennis High School in 1947. She lived in the Ennis area for eighteen years before moving to the Lone Star Community where she lived the rest of her life. Ruby was a member of the Saint Ann Catholic Church in Kaufman and she worked as a seamstress in the Kaufman Community for many years. She loved to do crocheting, sewing, reading and canning. On November 9, 1948 Ruby married Willie Victor Janicek in Ennis and he preceded her in death on February 21, 2006. Ruby is survived by her daughters: Patricia Ann Smith and her husband Gene of Terrell and Dolores Sue Jeffries and her husband John of Austin, son: William Ray Janicek of Quinlan, sister: Olga Patak and her husband Leo of Dallas, ten grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
