Annie Mae Cheatwood was born on August 15, 1920 in Riverside, California to Theodore and Lela Croom. Annie passed away in Kaufman, Texas on May 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Lee C. Cheatwood. She moved to Oklahoma at the age of two, then to Dallas, Texas in 1940 where she met her husband in 1943. Annie married Lee Cheatwood in Dallas, Texas on September 15, 1944. Annie and Lee were foster parents and started a foster home in 1943 adopting 3 children. Annie is survived by Son: Charles Lee Cheatwood and wife Tammy of Quinlan, Daughter: Paula Ann Dunn and husband Richard of Kaufman, Nephew: Terry Jackson and wife Lisa of Mesquite, Grandchildren: Sean Callahan, Sabrina Cheatwood, Brent Dunn and wife Jenny, Amanda Roberts and husband Dustin, Taylor Dunn, Great-Grandchildren: Mckenzie and Madison Moore, Landon  Caden , Jaxon, and Avery Dunn, Kaitlyn and  Caleb Roberts. And many great nieces and nephews including Cory, Brittney and  Casey. Annie was preceded in death by Daughters: Kathy Gail and Pamela Kay.
