J.L. Angell

J.L. Angell was born on March 5, 1931 to Ollie and Ruby Angell in Kaufman County, Texas. J.L. passed away at the age of 86 on March 6, 2017 in Mesquite, Texas. He married Bennie Ruth Angell on October 26, 1951 in Oak Cliff.  J.L. spent 25 years in law enforcement serving in the Dallas Police Department. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bennie, of 64 years.  He is survived by his Sons: Richard Angell and his wife Kerry of Houston, Paul Angell and his wife Alice of Garland, Brothers: Allen Angell of Terrell, Billy Angell of Terrell, Sister: Nelda Maykus of Terrell, Grandchildren: Kristi Rodrigue, Jennifer Shepherd, P.J. Angell, Tonia Carpenter, Sulinda Trilops, and 8 great grandchildren who will miss him dearly.
