Archie Edward Crawford, Sr., 77, of Scurry, TX passed away on August 19, 2017 in Dallas, TX. He was born to Archie Avery and Jesse Loreane Crawford on May 15, 1940 in Nacogdoches, TX. Archie married Sandra Lee Siegler on August 26, 1961 and they were together for almost 56 years. He loved spending time with his grandkids and enjoyed every moment he got with them. He would also spend time hunting and fishing. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife; sons Archie Crawford, Jr. of Arlington, TX, David Lee Crawford of Scurry, TX; daughter Susan Helms and husband Guy of Forney, TX; grandchildren Dana Rhnea Crawford and Seth Foux, Lauren Ashleigh Helms and Alyssa Rose Helms; great grandchild Sophia Grace Foux; brothers John Crawford and wife Billie, James Crawford and wife Faye, Everett Crawford and wife Judy, Jessie Crawford and wife Velva, William Crawford and wife Charley, Arthur Crawford and Rita; sisters Mary Henson, Jean Williams and husband Harold and Joe Ann Rabon; numerous nieces, nephews and friends who will miss him dearly.
