Leslie Thomas Yudizky, Jr.

On January 26th, 2018 at the young age of 35 years old, Leslie Thomas “TJ” Yudizky Jr. went home to be with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his older brother Jacob Loher, younger brother Brian Casey Yudizky, and step-mother Margret Yudizky. He is survived and loved by: his father Leslie Thomas Yudizky, Sr., mother Denise Cynthia Moore, step-father James Darryl Moore, son Thomas James Yudizky and his mother Charla Yudizky, daughter Yakeira Breanne Willet and her mother Brandi Willet, older sisters Amy Michelle Yudizky, Cassie Dawn Hazen, and Leslie Alexandria Head, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and other loved ones. TJ had a big heart and is loved by so many.
