Ann Ferguson

Mrs. Ann M. Ferguson, 96, Terrell, TX, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018, after a brief illness. Ann, fondly known as Annie, has been a resident of Terrell for over fifty years. Annie was born in Cottonwood, AL, She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike Ferguson; her parents, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and special friends. Annie loved being a homemaker and was an excellent cook. up until five years ago, she was notorious for baking cakes and cookies and just giving them to whomever she pleased. She loved feeding her birds and sitting on her front porch to wave at everyone who drove by. She would always say "I'm highly employed, aren't I." I had to laugh. She loved her friends and family. While Annie never had any children of her own, she loved kids and took special interest in her nieces and nephews. She played a vital role in their lives. She will be missed but never forgotten.
